I have particular experience in the giftware and collectables business. For 10 years I developed and sold some of the biggest selling collectable ranges in the UK market through my work at Danbury Mint. Many of my products were also launched and sold well in the USA.
I opened up new collector markets and developed hugely successful niches. Some of my successes:
- Launching and developing a huge business in Steiff collector bears
- Selling some of the biggest-ever sellers in Wedgwood Jasperware
- Developing and having huge success with a wide range of Lord of the Rings products, many years before the movies
- Building a very successful niche business for collectors of dragon and fantasy products
- Starting a business in dog breed collectables which has grown into a very large marketplace
- Establishing an off-the-page jewellery business
